CIVIL WORKS

Primarily focused on concrete/structural related projects, such as bridge repairs/rehabilitation and building foundations. Includes repair and reconstruction work for commercial, industrial, municipal and community projects.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Preliminary planning, costing and feasibility of building projects from lease hold improvements to complete new builds.

DESIGN BUILD

Services range from primary level design all the way through development, construction, troubleshooting and repair. We have a team of design associates to provide architectural and engineering solutions.

PROJECT DELIVERY

We pride ourselves in being flexible and working in various environments. This includes our own projects as well as offering subcontract services to larger well known contractors. Primarily this would be in providing concrete forming and placement, structural work and strengthening, and waterworks related projects. We work on lump-sum basis, cost plus and hybrid models to fit the specific needs of the client.

Velez Constructors Inc. is a professional general contracting firm in operation for over 30 years. With our background in civil engineering, we bring a solid understanding of projects and are able to provide alternate and unique solutions. We provide building services across a variety of commercial and infrastructure developments.

Construction Management

Our construction management division can provide various specializations, project management techniques and manpower to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from it’s beginning to its end.
